With a career spanning more than 30 years in procurement, Thomai Veginis began her journey working for IBM. After almost 20 years at IBM, Veginis left the technology company to join the National Australia Bank and Telstra before becoming the CPO at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria. 

With her deep procurement expertise, Veginis is a change leader who has worked in complex, global companies across multiple industries. 

She has extensive experience in the delivery of innovative, transformational projects and commercial outcomes by collaboratively working with stakeholders and high performing teams.

Established in 2019, the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is an Australian government body, that provides high-quality services to support a safe, just, innovative, and thriving Victoria.
