Javette Hines, Director and Head of Supply Chain Development, Inclusion and Sustainability at Citi
A licenced attorney and certified professional in supplier diversity, Javette Hines is an influential leader in supply chain. Passionate about advancing global gender equality and inclusion, Javette is the Director of Supply Chain Development, Inclusion and Sustainability at Citi, where she leads the global strategy integrating supplier diversity and sustainability into the procurement process.
Having dedicated the last 16 years to this role, Javette specialises in complex and high-value contract management, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and providing innovative and impactful solutions to achieve Citi’s business objectives and ESG goals.
Before Citi, Javette spent 11 years at IBM and served as an Attorney at Kendall Low. She is also a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and Clark Atlanta University.
