Melissa Warneke, Vice President and Head of Sustainable Procurement at Aon
With extensive experience in ESG, supply chain management and procurement, Melissa Warneke is Vice President and Head of Sustainable Procurement at Aon.
Having worked for Aon for the last 12 years, Melissa is currently responsible for bringing together sustainability, diversity and risk governance across Aon’s global supply chain spanning more than 120 countries.
Melissa is currently focused on achieving Aon’s commitment to net zero by 2030. This involves increasing supplier diversity utilisation and economic inclusion initiatives, as well as managing ongoing regulatory requirements.
Melissa’s specialities also lie in organisational transformation and operations improvement. She serves on the Board of the Lubeznik Center for the Arts where she chairs the Fundraising Committee and is passionate about making art accessible and thought-provoking.
