Janelle Orozco, Chief Procurement Officer (NA) at The Kraft Heinz Company
With more than 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry – particularly food and beverages – Janelle Orozco is currently the Chief Procurement Officer (NA) at The Kraft Heinz Company. In her role, Janelle is responsible for managing a spend of more than US$16bn and a team of 150 people.
She is also responsible for the current procurement transformation within the company, focusing on improving its business partnerships with procurement through simple and agile processes, as well as hiring and retaining diverse talent to drive end-to-end value creation.
Authentic and a visionary, Janelle specialises in marketing, commercial and supply chain roles, and driving positive changes. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where people can contribute fully and feel empowered.
Before joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Janelle spent 20 years at Diageo.
