Spend management platform Coupa have announced their new CEO as Leagh Turner

Leagh Turner most recently served as co-CEO at Ceridian, a global leader in human capital management technology, and has also held senior leadership roles at both SAP and Oracle. She has also been recognised by the Women’s Executive Network as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women. During her tenure at Ceridian, Turner helped to double the company’s revenue and significantly expand their global customer base.

Two decades of experience in technology

Turner brings more than 20 years experience in the technology sector and has proven success in leading performance, innovation, and growth. Turner also joins Coupa’s Board of Directors.

Coupa growth 

Coupa now manages more than $5 trillion in cumulative business spend globally and have grown their customer base for their business spend management platform in EMEA by 25% in the last year.

The BSM company now says it manages over £1.2 trillion of cumulative business spend for European businesses and their platform has helped businesses realise over £37 billion in savings since 2014, and more than £8.8 billion in 2022 alone.

Recent customer wins in Europe include Equans, Villeroy & Boch AG, Ratepay, and Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited.

Coupa was also named in Procurement Magazine's top ten source-to-pay platforms.
