Javette Hines, Director & Head of Supply Chain Development, Inclusion & Sustainability at Citi

Javette Hines, a licensed attorney and certified professional in supplier diversity, leads supply chain development, inclusion, and sustainability at Citi. In her 16-year tenure, Javette focuses on complex contract management, ensuring compliance and delivering innovative solutions to meet Citi’s business objectives and ESG goals.

Patricia Mendoza Rodriguez, Vice President of Procurement at Reynolds American

With an extensive career in procurement and supply chain, Patricia Mendoza Rodriguez spent the first 18 years of her career at BAT. Starting as a Management Trainee in Mexico, Patricia gained experience in HR, foreign trade, exports, indirect procurement, category management, product generation, innovations, materials and packaging. Today, Patricia is Vice President of Procurement at Reynolds American, based in the US.

Janelle Orozco, Chief Procurement Officer (NA) at The Kraft Heinz Company

Janelle Orozco has more than two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry – particularly in food and beverages – under her belt. She currently holds the position of Chief Procurement Officer (NA) at The Kraft Heinz Company. In this capacity, Janelle oversees a spend exceeding US$16bn and leads a team of 150 individuals.

Michael Hourihan, CPO at General Mills

An accomplished leader in procurement and supply chain, Michael Hourihan is the Chief Procurement Officer at General Mills. Michael has over 25 years of industry experience working predominantly for PepsiCo. As CPO of General Mills, Michael leads the procurement and sourcing organisations.
