Celebrating excellence, innovation and collaboration at Electrolux annual Supplier Awards
Electrolux Group are celebrating the outstanding performance of their leading suppliers in their annual awards

They are a leading global appliance company with sales of SEK 135 billion in 2022 and employ 51,000 people around the world.   They operate household names including Electrolux, AEG and Frigidaire, and sell approximately 60 million household products in over 120 markets every year.

Electrolux Group recognised the outstanding performance of its top suppliers from around the world at the annual Supplier Awards event, live streamed from Porcia in Italy.

Introducing the awards were Electrolux Group leaders including CEO and President Jonas Samuelson, Chief Operations Officer Carsten Franke, Head of Product Line Taste Dan Arler, VP Group Sustainability Vanessa Butani and Chief Procurement Officer Filippo Milanese. 

“Congratulations to our outstanding suppliers who have truly exemplified excellence. Your commitment to quality, innovation and collaboration have not only set you apart but elevated our collective success,” says Milanese. 

At the ceremony, seven awards were presented in the following categories: Operational Excellence – Direct Material and Service Provider, Consumer Experience Award – Taste, Care and Wellbeing, Sustainability and Supplier of the Year. 

The 2023 Suppliers Awards winners 

  • Supplier of the Year  

The Supplier of the Year Award recognizes the supplier that has distinguished itself by making the biggest impact in terms of value creation for Electrolux Group. 

SEF Tech 

Apart from delivering consistently high performing products, SEF Tech has proven its commitment to excellence by being proactive, transparent and results oriented in all aspects of the business relationship. 

  • Operational Excellence Awards 

The Operational Excellence Awards – Direct Material and Service Provider – recognize excellence in value creation, supply chain flexibility, as well as service quality.  

  • Direct Material 

Grupporeco 

Grupporeco distinguishes itself as a top supplier by being results oriented, creative and innovative in its problem-solving approaches and quick to respond to changes in market demands.  

  • Service Provider 

AT&T 

AT&T has proven great quality as a partner, actively supporting Electrolux Group’s sustainability goals as well as creating tailored solutions, so the company can focus on being more global, automated and digitised. 

  • Consumer Experience Awards 

The Consumer Experience Awards – Taste, Care and Wellbeing – recognize suppliers who collaborate with Electrolux Group to help create better consumer experiences.

Taste 

EuroKera 

Founded in France, EuroKera has provided outstanding support over the years, offering continuous year-on-year cost efficiencies, net operating working capital improvements, high quality levels and mostly disruption-free deliveries to all the Group’s production sites. 

Care 

Jiangsu Liandong 

Based in China, Liandong has demonstrated a high level of technical expertise when supporting on complexity reduction - offering innovative and creative solutions to reduce complexity and time, optimise investments, usage of sub-components and all while keeping a good quality level. 

Wellbeing  

Ningbo Taller 

Taller fully supports Electrolux Group’s speed to market deep-dive analysis and helps drive operational excellence. 

  • Sustainability Award  

The Sustainability Award recognizes the supplier that has made the most progress towards the Electrolux Group sustainability targets including climate neutrality in operations by 2030 and across the entire value chain by 2050. 

Nidec Global Appliance

Nidec GA proactively shares details and background of its sustainability progress, and has implemented an environmental, social and governance materiality steering committee, demonstrating commitment and integration of sustainability into its own business.
