The industry leading line-up of speakers for Procurement and Supply Chain Live 2023 is growing ahead of the September event in London

It is being held at the Business Design Centre on the 26-27 September and is a two day learning and networking event.

More than 3000 in-person and virtual attendees are expected to listen and interact with 60 internationally acclaimed speakers across two headline stages.

Sheri Hinish

Principal, Global Sustainability Innovation + Ecosystem Leader


Sheri currently serves as a Principal and Global Sustainability Innovation & Ecosystem Lead at EY. She formerly led Sustainability Services & Alliances at IBM with a passion for sustainable supply chain, circularity, and hardening emerging sustainability tech use cases.

Alisa Bornstein

Chief Procurement Officer


Alisa is an international Procurement leader with over 25-years of experience in senior and CPO roles, and background from telecom, technology and semiconductor industries. In 2021, Alisa joined Visa as European CPO. In her role she is focusing on transformation, business partnering and operational excellence of the European Procurement function and championing ESG in supply chain.

Waleed AlSaeedi

Director of Procurement Department

Abu Dhabi Government

Waleed Al Saeedi, the Director of Procurement at Abu Dhabi Government, is a visionary leader who has transformed the procurement landscape. He spearheaded multiple initiatives, leveraging digital tools and sustainable practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Notably, he earned the CIPS Platinum Certification in record time, a prestigious honour achieved by only 12 organisations worldwide. Mr. Al Saeedi's exceptional work earned him over a dozen award nominations, including the "Top 10 Supply Chain Executives of the World" recognition by Supply Chain digital magazine and the "Procurement Leader Award 2020" from Future Procurement Leaders. In 2018, he was crowned "Procurement & Supply Chain Professional of the Year" at the CIPS MENA Procurement Awards.

Ashley Naughton

Director of Logistics

Ashley brings over 25 years global industry experience from Aerospace and Automotive supply chain. During his career, highlights include 18 years working for Rolls-Royce PLC holding various operational leadership roles in the UK & USA. In recent years focusing on supply chain transformation and digitalization with some of the UK’s largest Automotive and Aerospace manufacturers, Ashley has helped to develop capabilities that increase organisational resilience. Now appointed to Logistics Director for McLaren Automotive has again switched gears to support one of UK Manufacturing’s most recognized Automotive brands.

Scott Dance

UK&I Procurement Engagement Director


Scott joined Hays in 2002 and is the Director of Hays Procurement & Supply Chain for the UK and Ireland. With over twenty years’ experience, Scott leads the longstanding partnership with CIPS as a trusted exclusive recruitment knowledge partner and provides strategic leadership to Hays’ procurement and supply chain recruitment experts. Scott is also an affiliate member of CIPS and often conducts workshops both nationally and locally for CIPS on recruitment trends and solutions.

Carol Williams

Head of Procurement - Europe

Laing O'Rourke

Carol joined Laing O’Rourke following a career in the Aerospace and Defence Industry including over 20 years with Lockheed Martin. Carol has held a number of senior leadership roles including Chief Procurement Officer, Operations Director, Project Director and Commercial Director. She has been, and continues to be, an advocate for diversity and inclusion.

At Laing O’Rourke Carol is focusing on organisational transformation to build a procurement organisation which is recognised as a leader in excellence and innovation through talent management, best practise, and building effective relationships across the Laing O’Rourke business and Supply Chain.

Sheldon Mydat

Chief Executive Officer


Sheldon is a well-respected expert, evangelist and speaker in the field of SRM. A background of supplier relationship advisory, Sheldon has worked in procurement across industry for 25 years where before forming Suppeco, he led several successful supplier transformation programmes for high profile organisations such as the Metropolitan Police, Royal Mail Group, T-Systems, Fujitsu, BAA, BAT, BAE Systems, and several other of the world’s best-known brands. 

Suppeco, the culmination of Sheldon's experience, is an award-winning collaborative relationship space for sustainable supply chains.

Rob Collie

Group Director of Procurement


Rob's specialism and passion is improving Finance & Procurement, starting with 10 years in the Profession then 20 years in industry (large complex multinational FMCG & Telecoms/Media). He starts with a compelling vision, anchored in the business strategy, and translates that into practical improvement to systems, processes, data and performance management. He has been at Sky for 13 years, and looks after Procurement.

Maureen O'Shea

Supply Chain & Sustainability Partner


Maureen is a Senior Partner in Baringa's Supply Chain and Sustainability team, bringing 20 years of real life industry experience to her consulting clients. Her career started with 16 years with the world-leading P&G Product Supply Organisation, working in Skincare and Cosmetics Manufacturing & Supply Chain in Ireland, then running physical distribution, customization and Supply & Demand planning in Iberia. She then spent 4 years in Switzerland, running global Biotech product supply chains.

Paul Doherty

Paul Doherty is the Procurement Director at Heathrow Airport, responsible for Operational, Infrastructure and Technology & Cyber procurement.  

Paul’s accountabilities centre around meeting the airports current and future business needs. His teams are focused on delivering value for money, data driven insights and trusted advice to both internal and external stakeholders.  Paul is passionate about empowering his teams to target continuous improvement and delivering results to advance the talent of the procurement team.  

Andrew New

Chief Executive Officer

NHS Supply Chain

Andrew joined SCCL as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in September 2021.  

Prior to joining SCCL, Andrew was the Executive Director for Procurement and Supply Chain at JCB where he was responsible for the Supply Chain globally.  Andrew has also held senior roles at Magnox Ltd (now a subsidiary to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority) and Babcock International Group PLC and brings experience across Retail, Leisure, Engineering and Property sectors. 

Andrew has extensive experience in business transformation programme leadership, total lifecycle cost management, customer and supplier engagement and deploying technology to optimise business operational performance. 

Natasha Schulz

Eirini Etoimou

Head of Corporate Sustainability & Supply Chain Development

Sellafield Ltd

Eirini Etoimou is the Head of Corporate Sustainability & Supply Chain Development for Sellafield, and the Chair of the Nuclear Forum of the Institute of Collaborative Working.  She holds a MSc in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, MBA in Leadership and Sustainability, and speaks four languages. She is a visitor lecturer at Salford University, on sustainability and global sustainable supply chains.

Eirini participates as a keynote speaker at UK and international conferences.  Additionally, she is an author of academic papers and a contributor to business editions, focusing on sustainability, supply chains, procurement, leadership, business strategy.

Phil Peters

Phil is Head of Supply Chain Services at YF where he is responsible for supporting the firm's FMCG clients with all manner of operational challenges, including the end-to-end outsourcing of their supply chain.

He began his career as a consultant at PwC before moving to Tesco where he worked in fulfilment and logistics for, including leading the 'Perfect Order' proposition for International Grocery Home Shopping.

After a few years in the hospitality industry, Phil is now back in the FMCG world working with the team at YF.
