Peter Sharoff, Procurement Specialist
Having built a career in leading transformative change, Peter Sharoff has turned around underperforming functions through the installation of new processes.
With a broad industry perspective due to delivering large scope, corporate integrations and multi-functional technology-enabled transformation through to smaller, targeted interventions, Peter is a highly experienced procurement leader.
Known for creating sustainable results, Peter took on his most recent role of Chief Sourcing and Procurement Officer at AXA XL (a division of AXA) in 2019. In this role, he was responsible for the transformation of the function to improve value delivery, supply chain risk, speed to market and ESG impact.
Peter specialises in finance, strategic planning and communication, M&A, data-driven improvement, risk management, regulatory compliance, technology management, procurement, supply chain and change management.
