Joshua Dubroff, Chief Procurement Officer at the University System of New Hampshire

With almost 20 years of experience in procurement, Joshua Dubroff is an influential leader in procurement strategies and transformation. Currently, Joshua is the Chief Procurement Officer at the University System of New Hampshire.

In his role, Joshua has spearheaded a comprehensive procurement transformation, modernising and streamlining procurement services by deploying source-to-pay modules, refocusing and restructuring the procurement team, and achieving significant cost savings through strategic sourcing and process optimisation. 

Joshua is well-versed in the procurement functions of the education sector having worked for the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and the University of California, Merced, before joining the University System of New Hampshire. 

Joshua is also a graduate of the University of Kassel, Kassel Germany and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
