Americana Foods has undertaken the next step in its digital transformation by going live with Coupa, harnessing the power of the innovative platform to empower its team to streamline procurement, enhance supplier partnerships and leverage data-driven insights for smarter, faster decisions.

AI-powered solution chosen for procurement excellence

In December 2024, it was announced that Americana Foods had selected Coupa to manage its Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes as part of its procurement digital transformation project.

Americana Foods chose Coupa's AI-driven solution over ERP add-ons or legacy platforms.

Coupa's AI is powered by data from trillions of dollars in spend across 10+ million buyers and suppliers.

MENA food giant embraces technological innovation

The company, which was established in 1964, is one of the largest FMCG companies in the MENA region, starting in Kuwait and expanding to UAE, KSA and Egypt.

It has products available in over 50 countries worldwide and operations in 19 production sites across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Egypt.

The partnership aims to enhance Americana Foods' procurement strategies and processes through Coupa's technology platform. Coupa's AI is renowned as one of the leading services on the market, informed by trillions of dollars of direct and indirect spend data across a global network of more than 10 million buyers and suppliers.

Coupa empowers businesses with the ability to predict, prescribe and automate smarter, more profitable decisions to improve operating margins.
