Barbara Kubicki
A seasoned executive in procurement and supply chain, Barbara Kubicki has been influential in the industry for more than 20 years, working for the likes of MBNA America and Bank of America before joining Wells Fargo in 2021.
In her role as Chief Procurement Officer, Kubicki leads the company’s global supply chain management function where she is accountable for strategic sourcing, procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier diversity, third-party risk management and corporate travel services.
My favourite thing about procurement is the ability to take a business partner’s vision and make it a reality. As far as strategic sourcing goes, it is really about the thrill of the deal.
