Mike Corbo is Chief Supply Chain Officer for Colgate-Palmolive Company, where he is responsible for the End-to-End Supply Chain which includes Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service & Logistics and Sustainability & EHS. With a career at Colgate-Palmolive spanning over 40 years, Corbo is a true veteran in the field. Additionally, Corbo is a member of both the Corporate Information Technology and Global Analytics Steering Committees. 

Under Corbo's leadership the supply chain has delivered significant cost savings, reduced the manufacturing footprint, and continues to achieve world-class safety performance. Corbo has led the organisation to develop talent and strengthen capabilities in all functional areas, including efficiency, synchronisation and digitisation of supply and demand, while achieving several external awards for both supply chain and sustainability results. Most recently Colgate’s Supply Chain was recognized as #3 in the Gartner Supply Chain Top 25. 

Throughout his four decades of leadership at Colgate, Corbo has earned a wide array of supply chain experience, having worked in key Manufacturing and Supply Chain positions in Latin America, North America, Asia and Central Europe/Russia. Corbo joined Colgate in 1982 as an Industrial Engineer. He was elected Corporate Officer in 2012. He holds a BS degree in chemical engineering from Lafayette College.
