I’m incredibly proud of our team for consistently delivering measurable value and earning our customers’ trust year after year.”
Driving innovation in procurement
SpendHQ has rolled out a series of powerful enhancements across its Spend Intelligence and Performance Management solutions in Q1 2025.
These developments reflect the company’s commitment to helping procurement leaders drive smarter, faster and more resilient decision-making. Designed to provide real-time insights, streamline execution and mitigate supplier risk, key updates include:
- Proactive supplier risk management – A newly launched solution to help organisations stay ahead of supply chain disruptions by continuously monitoring supplier risk across financial, geopolitical and operational factors. The launch was complemented by a supplier risk masterclass series, offering procurement professionals practical strategies for elevated risk management.
- Integrated Intake Management – New tools offering a centralised entry point for all procurement requests, ensuring initiatives are captured, routed and prioritised efficiently. This streamlines planning, improves forecasting accuracy and reduces friction in procurement workflows.
- Portfolio Management with Gantt Charts – Advanced features including interactive Gantt charts support strategic project oversight, enabling visualisation of timelines, progress tracking and precise coordination of initiatives.
- Introducing Spendy – An intelligent multi-agent AI assistant embedded in the SpendHQ platform, Spendy is designed to enhance both strategic and operational procurement tasks. It supports teams by streamlining workflows and enabling smarter, faster decision-making.
“These new capabilities are about more than just features — they’re about empowering procurement leaders to drive meaningful outcomes with clarity and confidence,” adds Pierre Laprée, Chief Product Officer at SpendHQ.
“Procurement is facing mounting pressure to deliver actionable results for key business priorities. We're proud to continue innovating alongside our customers to meet the challenges of modern procurement head-on.”
Customer success reaches new heights
Customer adoption and satisfaction were key highlights in Q1, with SpendHQ achieving outstanding results across several performance indicators:
- 32% year-on-year user growth, showing rising engagement and value across the platform
- More than 200 customer renewals and expansions, confirming its role as the trusted procurement operating platform
- A 90%+ satisfaction rate for new implementations, underscoring the company’s focus on seamless onboarding and long-term success
"The implementation of SpendHQ's Performance Management was a great success," said Laetitia de Navacelle, Head of Procurement Excellence at Avril.
"This solution will enable us to implement best-in-class ways of working efficiently. SpendHQ listens to our needs and incorporates our feedback."
The strategic roadmap
Now, SpendHQ is laser-focused on expanding its investment in AI-powered analytics and workflow integration.
These enhancements support the upcoming launch of predictive, prescriptive and agentic AI capabilities, underpinned by a refreshed core data model due later this year.
