REV2025 is dedicated to propelling procurement and supply chain management through innovation, aiming to help organisations navigate the digital transformation of their source-to-pay processes while enhancing supplier partnerships and operational resilience.

The conference serves as a focal point for procurement and supply chain executives committed to implementing cutting-edge technologies and strategies.

Key themes included AI-powered decision-making, elevating procurement as a strategic force, managing ESG risk and compliance, and innovating with supplier intelligence.

Meanwhile, JAGGAER showcased new AI-powered platform enhancements, including the JAI Co-pilot, reinforcing its commitment to advancing industry practices.

What were the customer awards?

JAGGAER used its customer awards to acknowledge excellence in a variety of different procurement and supply chain categories:

  • Procure-to-Pay Achievement Award: This award recognises teams that utilised JAGGAER's procurement and accounts payable solutions to boost user adoption, enhance on-contract compliance, optimise workflows and implement automation for cost savings.
  • Supply Chain in Resilience and Compliance Award: This category acknowledges organisations using JAGGAER solutions or those of its partners to anticipate, adapt to and recover from disruptions. Additionally, it highlighted teams ensuring compliance with laws and ethical standards.
  • Excellence in AI Driven Procurement Award: This award celebrates innovative uses of JAGGAER's AI solutions to boost user adoption and achieve significant value through process enhancements.
  • Source-to-Contract Achievement Award: Focuses on organisations that optimise processes from supplier onboarding to contract creation using JAGGAER tools, with criteria including cycle times, user and supplier adoption and cost savings.
  • Industry Leadership in ESG Practices: This award highlights customers using JAGGAER and partner solutions to drive ESG objectives, including goals around environmental impact, social relationships, and governance standards.

Presented by Troy Meyers, Chief Customer Officer at JAGGAER, and Marie-Eve Regnault, Senior Director Global CSM at JAGGAER, the awards honoured individuals and organisations raising the bar when it comes to innovation.

  • Tulsa Community College: Enhanced supplier collaboration and streamlined processes with optimized catalogues and consolidated invoices.
  • University of Massachusetts: Digital capture reduced manual invoice processing by 75%, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
  • PPG: Expanded globally, cut cycle times, managed spend effectively, and received positive stakeholder feedback.

Supply Chain in Resilience and Compliance Award

  • Dubai Airports: Advanced procurement tracking and dynamic dashboards improved visibility and collaboration, boosting project success.
  • Drager: Remarkably integrated supply chain processes fostered reliability and agility under challenging conditions.

  • University of North Carolina Greensboro: AI tools transformed efficiency, improving user adoption and achieving cost savings.
  • Hitachi Rail: Innovative in-app reminders improved user experience and operational effectiveness.

  • State of GA: Implemented the NextGen S2C project using multi-level Steering Committees across workstreams, fostering excellent communication, transparency and governance.
  • GE Vernova: Transformed complex sourcing operations by enhancing the platform to serve diverse needs whilst maintaining lean operational excellence.

Industry Leadership in ESG Practices

  • Kohler: Focused on reducing environmental impact across the supply chain. By integrating sustainability considerations into the sourcing process, Kohler tracks and manages its value chain footprint.
