JAGGAER REV2025: Chetan Rangaswamy, Partner at BearingPoint

With over two decades of industry and management consulting expertise, Chetan Rangaswamy, Partner at BearingPoint specialises in guiding organisations through strategic corporate development, complex operations and procurement optimisation, operating model enhancements and cost reduction initiatives.

From BearingPoint’s Chicago headquarters, he leads US business operations in partnership with its global practices and reach partners. He steers the US practice, which is dedicated to driving client transformation by enhancing customer satisfaction, optimising working capital and reducing costs through innovative project delivery and program management.

Chetan guides clients through comprehensive operational excellence transformations, including digital operations implementation and enterprise-wide change management programmes.

His consulting leadership background spans prominent firms including The Hackett Group, GEP and Accenture's management consulting division.

At REV2025, Chetan discussed the company winning the Global Expansion Award and the benefit of being in Miami. 

Tell us how BearingPoint works with JAGGAER?

BearingPoint is a global management consulting firm. Our mission is to help our clients unlock technology, but also keeping business processes in mind. JAGGAER in that context fits perfectly.

Let's look at the awards. It's been a great day for a lot of people in this building. What did you win the award for and how does it feel for everyone involved? 

We love the fact that we won the Global Expansion Award. This has been a multi-year journey for us and I would say it's a very purposeful partnership between JAGGAER and BearingPoint together.

Over the past five years, we've been able to have implementation consultants and services for JAGGAER services in the areas of North America, South America and Europe.

Most recently, we have introduced APAC in that portfolio. It really gives our manufacturing clients the ability to have one firm that can implement JAGGAER’s solution globally. 

How proud do you feel for everyone involved in the ecosystem? 

I think it's very exciting and energising to see where JAGGAER is going. Obviously, there's a lot of discussion around AI, but also resilience as a topic, specifically for our industrial clients, meaning for JAGGAER and BearingPoint, it is an exciting time of what we can do together to unlock value. 

What have been your main takeaways from REV2025, and what have been the benefits of being here in person? 

It's been great meeting with our customers, meeting with our clients and fellow partners. I think the biggest takeaway is the vision of where JAGGAER wants to take the platform.

Obviously AI first and thinking about it, but for us at BearingPoint and our clients, how can we take the JAGGAER investment that they have made and really unlock it to the next level. That’s what gets me excited.
