After 12 years at Nestlé, latterly as VP Transformation & Strategy for North America, Fabrice Blanc has confirmed his appointment as CPO at Cascades

Fabrice Blanc has confirmed his appointment as Chief Procurement Officer at Cascades following a 12-year stint at Nestlé.

Taking to LinkedIn to share the news, Fabrice wrote: “I’m excited to share that I have joined Cascades as Chief Procurement Officer.

“I look forward to working with all my new colleagues at Cascades to advance our culture of excellence, accelerate our procurement transformation and create sustainable value through innovation and digitalisation – with special thanks to Hugues Simon and Maryse Fernet for their trust and support.

“A big thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout my journey – I’m truly energised for this next chapter.”

Best-in-class strategic sourcing

Fabrice has been at Nestlé since 2013, joining to become Head of Procurement and Demand & Supply Planning for Equatorial Africa. 

Other roles over the ensuing years included Director, Procurement - Canada, Head of Procurement Performance Acceleration - Asia, Oceania & Africa and Supply Chain Integration Manager - Eastern Southern Africa.  

In his final role, as VP Transformation & Strategy, North America Procurement, Fabrice also led the Enable Hub – the procurement organisation's Center of Excellence – for Nestlé’s North America Procurement organisation.

This strategic position saw him take responsibility for ensuring procurement continues to deliver best-in-class strategic sourcing services, fuelled by digital and empowered by people. 

Fabrice previously worked at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where he served as Global Procurement Group Manager for Nespresso.
