People Moves: Coupa, SSE, Cushman & Wakefield & Selecta

Jeff Collier
Job From: Chief Revenue Officer, Intelligent Spend and Business Network at SAP
Job To: Chief Revenue Officer at Coupa
Coupa, a leader in autonomous spend management, has signaled a bold new chapter in its growth strategy by appointing Jeff Collier as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Jeff joins the leadership team at a pivotal moment, as the company increasingly integrates agentic AI to redefine how businesses manage their financial operations.
Jeff brings a wealth of domain expertise to the "Coupa Village," having previously led the global revenue organisation for Intelligent Spend and Business Network at SAP. His appointment is designed to accelerate Coupa’s market presence and scale its sales strategies. CEO Leagh Turner highlighted Jeff’s ability to build commercial ecosystems as a "natural fit" for the company’s current trajectory.
The transition comes as Coupa doubles down on its AI-driven value proposition. By utilising its proprietary US$9.5tn data set, the company is currently delivering a nearly 50:1 ROI for its clients. Collier’s leadership will be central to the rollout of innovations like Coupa Navi AI agents and Coupa Smart Intake and Orchestration, which position the platform as a primary intelligent system of decision-making for global enterprises.
Jeff succeeds Kevin Hester, who has served as interim CRO since August 2025. Hester will remain a key part of the organisation’s future, transitioning into an advisory role to support long-term growth goals.
Industry leaders and partners can expect to see the full scope of this new leadership direction at Coupa Inspire 2026, held from May 11–14, where the company will showcase its latest AI-driven results.
