Top 10: Procurement Events 2024/2025
As we head towards the fourth outing for Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE's flagship show in London — returning to the Business Design Centre (BDC) on 24 and 25 September — procurement events take a step up with a number of high profile events being held across the globe.
They offer a chance to network with colleagues, discuss important operational topics and hear from those at the forefront of new ideas
Over the years, procurement professionals have had the chance to meet across the globe to take advantage of the forward-thinking gatherings put on by the biggest players in the industry.
Here at Procurement Magazine, we take a look at all the events people need to be aware of when planning out their diaries.
10. SAP Spend Connect Live
Date: 14-16 October 2024
Location: The Venetian, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
SAP Spend Connect Live offers procurement leaders the chance to gain first-hand insights into how procurement and the supply chain intersect and how analytics and AI can provide visibility into both.
This three-day, in-person event offers inspiration from:
- Keynotes, hands-on demos and more than 100 breakout sessions
- Pre-conference training sessions
- Marketplace and evening celebration experiences
Speakers include Etosha Thurman, Chief Marketing and Solutions Officer for Intelligent Spend and Business Network at SAP and Jeff Collier, Chief Revenue Officer for Intelligent Spend and Business Network at SAP.
9. Coupa Inspire 2025
Date: 12-15 May 2025
Location: ARIA Resort, Las Vegas, USA
The leading business spend management solutions company is returning to Las Vegas in 2025 to once again host its annual community event, Coupa Inspire.
The conference brings together executives and professionals from the procurement, supply chain and finance industry, offering everyone from customers to ecosystem partners and key industry executives the opportunity to learn, share and be 'inspired' on the future of AI-driven S2P, spend management, supply chain management and operational excellence.
This year's edition saw more than 180 global speakers featured, more than 100 unique learning opportunities and a record attendance at the event in Vegas. Speakers included Leagh Turner, CEO of Coupa, Klaids Lafon de Ribeyrolles, Vice President of Indirect Procurement at Schneider Electric and Karoline Dygas, CPO at Nordstrom.
During the event in 2024, Coupa announced Navi, a new AI agent providing real-time support and guidance, on day one of the event.
8. ProcureCon
Date: 17-19 September 2024
Location: Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, Barcelona, Spain
ProcureCon Europe 2024 brings together global leaders for an engaging experience with Europe's largest companies. The interactive event addresses commercial strategies, people and culture, the role of the CPO, digitalisation, transformation, transparency, risk and resilience, supplier management, sustainability and more.
ProcureCon offers a variety of session types including keynotes, roundtables, case studies, workshops and a ‘Dragon’s Den’ model.
The agenda for the event highlights how business leaders can gain practical insights on subjects from adapting the supply chain to navigate the impacts of geopolitical crises to implementing the latest data analytics and much more.

7. Digital Procurement World (DPW)
Date: 8-10 October 2024
Location: Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Digital Procurement World (DPW) 2024 aims to accelerate innovation by linking together startups, technology leaders, major corporations and investors to respond to the world’s biggest challenges in the procurement and supply chain space.
Across two days, industry leaders will participate in talks, technology showcases, next-level networking, performances, culinary and wellness sessions, deep dives into digital transformation, people and culture, risk and resilience, compliance, efficiency and agility, sustainability and much more.
This year’s main theme is '10x' and how AI and a moonshot mindset can take organisations from incremental to exponential impact.
10x emphasises the need for organisations to think and act ten times bigger than their current capacity. First and foremost, it’s a moonshot mindset that encourages industry professionals to break free from incremental thinking.
6. CIPS Excellence in Procurement & Supply Awards
Date: 18 September 2024
Location: JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London. UK
The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is a global professional body dedicated to promoting best practices in procurement and supply chain management. Established in 1932 and headquartered in the UK, CIPS offers training, qualifications and certifications to procurement and supply chain professionals to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
The CIPS Excellence in Procurement & Supply Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and the remarkable organisations or individuals that have made a significant impact in the profession and beyond. The award night, which is a flagship in the industry calendar, will shine a spotlight on exceptional achievement and the winners of these prestigious awards.
On the evening, 18 awards will be handed out, with categories from best approach to risk mitigation to best supplier relationship management programme and many others.
The black-tie event held on Park Lane will be hosted by critically-acclaimed stand-up comedian, writer and actor, Jen Brister.
5. World Procurement Congress
Date: 13-15 May 2025
Location: Intercontinental London - The O2, London, UK
The team is already hard at work preparing for the event to return to London next year.
Dedicating its 2024 theme around 'Horizon 2030 - Glide Paths for Sustainable Growth', World Procurement Congress 2024 tackles the biggest challenges, supporting its global community.
Next year marks its 19th year and the congress has welcomed more than 1,100 CPOs to the stage and more than 12,000 delegates.
Over the three days, World Procurement Congress will delve into ESG, circular supply chains, net zero, technology, strategy, supplier relationships, AI, risk and resilience and much more.
4. ISM World
Date: 1-3 June 2025
Location: Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel & Conference Centre, Orlando, Florida, USA
Returning next year, ISM will once again provide cutting-edge knowledge, networking opportunities and insights from industry thought leaders. ISM World gives procurement and supply chain professionals the chance to meet and connect with suppliers offering innovation, along with the opportunity to discover the latest products and solutions.
At last year’s event, ISM World 2024 delved into sustainability, AI, women in the supply chain, industry trends, machine learning, risk and resilience and the state of procurement and its future, to name a few.

3. Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Sustainability

Supply chain sustainability will be the primary focus as part of Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Scope 3 on 5-6 March 2025 during Sustainability LIVE.
Debuting as part of Sustainability Live, Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Scope 3, will run alongside our flagship event in London – bringing together audiences alongside two stages running simultaneously.
Those in attendance will have the chance to connect, learn and exchange insights on the latest trends, challenges and best practices through engaging presentations, panel discussions, networking opportunities and workshops.

2. Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE Chicago
