A globally recognised leader in supply chain and engineering, Leandro has over 15 years of experience in transforming manufacturing and operations in Latin and North America. 

Having held several senior role in leading food and beverage companies, Leandro has built and led high-performing teams and spearheaded major projects and complex transformation initiatives globally, ranging from greenfield implementations to advanced automation strategies.

With a strong operational excellence foundation and expertise in digital manufacturing, automation and network optimisation, Leandro has delivered significant enhancements in production capacity, efficiency and speed to market.

Thomas Finn, Carbon and Supply Chain (Scope 3) Lead at the University of the West of England

Passionate about driving progressive change across the economy, Tom is the Carbon and Supply Chain (Scope 3) Lead at the University of the West of England.

In his role, Tom measures and reports on Scope 3 carbon emissions, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to identify opportunities to reduce emissions and develop carbon reduction plans.

In his career, Tom has supported SMEs and large corporates in a range of roles working with them to shape government policy, develop talent and reduce their carbon footprints.

Tom is an advocate for harnessing data insights and supply chain collaboration as economic drivers for Net Zero.
