Across 14 categories, the awards commemorated inspirational examples of innovation and excellence which is taking place across the industry, whilst also highlighting the importance procurement and supply chain practices have in the success of businesses.

Aditi Pany, Founder and CEO of Qalara- Future Leader Award
Aditi Pany has acquired over 17 years of experience in lifestyle retail and is now the Founder and CEO of Qalara, India’s leading B2B sourcing platform that propels ethical and sustainability practices.
Qalara provides transparency, quality assurance, vendor reliability and secure door-to-door delivery solutions. Aditi developed these solutions in response to vital supply chain challenges that were worsened by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Throughout its catalogue, Qalara’s products align with core values of artisanal craftsmanship, eco-friendliness, fair trade and organic materials.
Receiving the Future Leader Award, Aditi highlights the importance of her team at Qalara, explaining how “it’s very encouraging. I do want to give a shout-out to team Qalara because I think it’s not just me, it’s my entire team that’s been behind this and also a lot of the manufacturers and artisans we work with back in India.”

Alex Grundy, CEO and Co-Founder at Spendkey- Start-Up Award
Spendkey is a significant player in the spend analytics market that is impacting the procurement field through its innovative AI-powered spend strategy platform.
The company was founded in 2020 by a pair of former strategic consultants - Alex Grundy and Akshay Upadhye.
By utilising complex AI technology, Spendkey transforms raw financial data into actionable insights that organisations can use to make well-informed spending decisions.
