NetSuite’s latest procurement enhancements are designed to make purchasing more efficient, optimise spending and provide businesses with better supplier collaboration.

These updates integrate NetSuite SuiteProcurement into Advanced Procurement, giving buyers access to thousands of vendors through the Oracle Business Network.

This enables businesses to:

  • Directly browse and select products from supplier catalogues, ensuring they get the right items at the best prices.
  • Automate purchase order generation, meaning once an item is selected, NetSuite instantly generates a purchase order. This reduces manual data entry and the risk of errors.
  • Improve supplier collaboration through real-time integration with the Oracle Business Network, minimising delays and enhancing communication with vendors.

By embedding AI-driven procurement tools into NetSuite, businesses can reduce inefficiencies and make purchasing decisions that support long-term growth.

ā€œNetSuite provides an enterprise-grade platform for businesses of all sizes that delivers the scalability, performance, AI innovation and security that customers need to support any stage of growth,ā€ comments Evan Goldberg, Founder and EVP of Oracle NetSuite.

Integrated financial improvements

NetSuite’s latest updates also enhance billing and cash flow management for companies using subscription-based revenue models.

The new SuiteBilling enhancements offer:
  • Prepay functionality: Businesses can collect payments in advance, making cash flow more predictable.
  • Customisable invoicing: Companies using consumption-based pricing models can now automate invoice generation.
  • Flexible revenue allocation: Businesses can invoice and allocate revenue for associated services, projects or hardware before a subscription is activated.
The update will streamline payments

These updates help organisations manage complex billing structures while improving financial flexibility and operational efficiency.

Strengthening digital connectivity

Another key upgrade is NetSuite’s integration with the Digital Business Network Alliance (DBNA), which streamlines invoice processing and financial transactions.

By digitising the exchange of invoices and payments, businesses can reduce processing costs, improve accuracy and gain better control over working capital.

Beyond procurement and billing, NetSuite is also transitioning to Oracle Autonomous Database.

This migration ensures enhanced security, reliability and AI-driven performance through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

With these innovations, NetSuite continues to provide businesses with the tools needed to streamline operations, optimise procurement and enhance financial management.
