Beyond Gravity welcomes Jingyuan Sun as its new CPO

Joining Beyond Gravity from SR Technics Group, Jingyuan Sun will take on the role of Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at the space company on November 1

With a career spanning more than 15 years, Jingyuan Sun has been named the new Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of a leading space company, Beyond Gravity.

Sun’s career journey includes a five-year stint at SIA Engineering Company as an Assistant Manager, before settling at SR Technics Group for 11 years. During her time at the aerospace and aviation company, Sun climbed the ranks from Senior Product Manager, to Head of Strategic Procurement and Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement.

Currently, Sun is the Vice President of Customer Account Management and Invoicing at SR Technics Group, and will take on the role of CPO at Beyond Gravity in the Autumn - November 1, 2022. 

What does this new role mean for Sun and the team at Beyond Gravity?

Looking forward to starting her new journey, Sun, as part of her new role, will lead the procurement and logistics operations at Beyond Gravity reporting directly to the CEO and taking a direct seat on the Executive Board. 

Supplying its services in 12 locations and six countries worldwide, Sun plans to focus her efforts on strategic long-term partnerships, digital and efficient supply chain processes, and increase the company’s focus on business intelligence (BI) and data-based analytics. 

Commenting on her appointment, André Wall, CEO of Beyond Gravity said: "It was important to me to bring Procurement and Logistics closer together. With Jingyuan Sun, we are gaining a strong and experienced leader who will make Procurement and Logistics the backbone of our growth."
