Industry leaders will share their experiences, challenges and successes in navigating these male-dominated fields. Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on gender diversity, empowerment and opportunities for women in procurement and supply chain.
Discussions will cover optimising procurement processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities and strengthening supplier relationships.

Meet the speakers
Freya Hurwitz, Director of Global Procurement, Tripadvisor
Freya has held many roles throughout her career, from marketing and market research to sales and e-commerce, product management and operations, and most recently as head of Global Procurement for Tripadvisor.
Before Tripadvisor, Freya worked for Newell Rubbermaid as Director of eCommerce, where she managed all things internet and began working with outside vendors, kicking off the experience that would lead to a successful transition to procurement years later.
Freya is active in the non-profit community in the greater Boston area, focusing on youth wellness and development.
She also spends her free time in her woodworking studio making charcuterie boards, bowls and serving pieces which she sells on Etsy.
Rachel Legg, Group CPO, Rolls-Royce
Rachel is a decisive Executive, Board Trustee and CIPS Fellow with a career spanning 30 years, with 10 years mechanical and manufacturing engineering and 20 years of deep procurement.
She is passionate about making a positive impact to the lives of others and brings strategic vision and leadership together with drive and significant operational experience to develop and translate strategy to execution through people, collaboration and influence.
She has a range of broad industry experience, from FTSE 100 to aerospace.
Regina Arriagada, Global Head of Procurement Technical and Logistics, Nestle
Regina has 20 years of Operations experience in the FMCG sector across different countries, cultures and functions. She also describes herself as a proud mom of three little ones, who is passionate about people's growth, development and continuous improvement every day.
Amanda's experience has taught her that planning is a crucial skill which allows us to strategically reflect on past learnings, embrace the present and shape the future one desires to build.
She believes that mastering the new digital era will make a huge difference on how businesses conquer excellence in operations and is all in for living a healthy lifestyle, enjoying sports and building a better planet for our next generations.
