Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE is delighted to welcome a trio of executives from Santander, NatWest and UWE Bristol to its exclusive speaker line-up.
Jarrod Glover, Director of Procurement at Santander
Jarrod Glover is the Director of Procurement at Santander UK.
He strives to enhance customer outcomes by educating and guiding supply partners and aligning procurement activities.
Before becoming the Director of Procurement at Santander UK in December 2022, Jarrod was at the forefront of the bank’s procurement transformation, third-party risk management and a combined cost management and procurement function within the bank.
Jarrod developed an abundance of expertise in construction management and the commercial aspects of property before joining Santander. Here, he drove success in low-margin environments and led finance, procurement and commercial teams.
He also holds a MSc in Project Management from Greenwich University and a BSc in Business Administration and Politics from Aston University.
At PSC LIVE: Sustainability, Jarrod will call upon his extensive experience to deliver a captivating fireside chat.
Megan Youngs, Scope 3 Reporting Manager at NatWest
Megan Youngs serves as the Scope 3 Reporting Manager at NatWest.
She specialises in decarbonisation, supply chain emissions reporting and supplier sustainability metrics, allowing colleagues to make impactful and informed decisions.
Throughout her career, Megan has developed expertise as a consultant focused on energy and climate solutions for several clients like retailers, hospitals, manufacturers and universities.
She continues to work alongside procurement and operations teams to enhance their skills on Scope 3 emissions and how they can integrate sustainability into their decision making.
Megan also holds a honours degree in BA Geography from the University of Sussex and has completed the Cambridge Institue for Sustainable Leadership’s Sustainable Supply Chain Management Course.
At PSC LIVE: Sustainability, Megan will feature on our Scope 3 Strategy panel alongside Radharaman Jha, VP of Supply Chain and Master Data Management at Flaconi, Stuart Harker, Senior Carbon & Sustainability Manager at Accor, and Marc Munier, Founder of Ditch Carbon.
This panel discussion will explore the challenges and opportunities associated with reducing Scope 3 emissions on a global scale.
Thomas Finn, Carbon and Supply Chain (Scope 3) Lead at UWE Bristol
Thomas Finn sits at the forefront of UWE Bristol’s work in measuring and reporting Scope 3 carbon emissions.
As Carbon and Supply Chain (Scope 3) Lead, he develops carbon reduction plans and collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to discover opportunities to reduce emissions at the university.
Thomas has helped many large corporations and SMEs to develop talent, shape government policy and reduce their carbon footprints.
He continues to advocate his passion for harnessing data insights and supply chain collaboration as key economic drivers for net zero.
At PSC LIVE: Sustainability, Thomas will feature on our Carbon Reduction panel alongside Chris Mattock, Global Head of Sustainability for Infrastructure at Mace.
This panel discussion will highlight the strategies that can be harnessed to measure, manage and minimise carbon emissions and craft a greener, more sustainable supply chain.
