P&SC LIVE London: Four new speaker announcement
Leaders from Danish Crown and UK Power Networks will appear during Procurement and Supply Chain LIVE London, taking place on September 24 & 25

Leaders from Danish Crown, UK Power Networks, Carrefour and the Royal British Legion will take to the stage at Procurement and Supply Chain LIVE London, happening on 24 and 25 September.

This autumn, the event will return to the Business Design Centre for a comprehensive learning experience available both in person and online. Attendees can look forward to engaging presentations, insightful panel discussions and valuable networking opportunities.

Introducing the speakers

Joanna Hrynenko-Dudek, Director of Procurement Centre of Excellence at Danish Crown

Joanna Hrynenko-Dudek boasts 17 years of professional experience, including 15 years in procurement and finance transformation and management.

She has been with Danish Crown since 2022, leading source to pay process transformation as Head of the Centre of Excellence.

Joanna is the delegated Global Process Owner for S2P processes and a member of Global Business Services Leadership, responsible for people and organisation development.

Roger Waring, Director of Commercial Services and Technical Training at UK Power Networks

Roger Waring joined UK Power Networks in February 2014 as Head of Operational Procurement.

His remit has grown in recent years, to the extent that he has successfully adopted all regulatory procurement categories, leading all non-capital delivery alliance commercial management and assurance, property and facilities services, income management and more recently, technical training and technical assurance. 

He assumed the role of Director of Commercial Services and Technical Training in January 2024.

Roger has more than 20 years of experience operating in diverse commercial environments, both as a service provider and client, with a focus on ensuring collaborative and motivated teams provide high-quality services, excellent internal customer satisfaction and a high return on investment.

Florian Tué, Head of Procurement Transformation at Carrefour

Florian is the Head of Procurement Transformation at Carrefour France, with a scope that includes private label (Carrefour's brand) and indirect purchases.

He has amassed almost a decade of professional experience in various industries such as aeronautics, retail, industrial gas, mega sports events and electricity distribution.

Florian has participated in various procurement transformation projects on process, organisation, tools and data aspects in the context of F500 and CAC40 companies, M&A, reporting to ExCom members. 

Organisations Florian has worked with include Carrefour, Airbus, Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, Suez, Enedis, Société Générale, Air Liquide, Bouygues Construction, MBDA, Pernod Ricard and Veolia. 

He co-authored the third and fourth editions of the global PwC Digital Procurement Survey (with over 800 responses from more than 60 countries) in 2021 and 2022. 

Wayne Bell, Head of Procurement & Contract Management at the Royal British Legion

A senior procurement professional with almost 20 years of experience spanning both private and third-sector roles, Wayne Bell is passionate about self-development and developing teams and talent.

Wayne currently serves a Head of Procurement & Contract Management at the Royal British Legion, the UK’s largest armed forces charity. He manages a team of six professionals who oversee spending under three distinct categories: Corporate Services, Fundraising, Remembrance and Marketing, and Operations.

Wayne and his team are working through a challenging transformation programme, raising the profile of procurement within the charity and externally, as well as implementing and improving systems and processes.
