Meet the panellists
Faris Hattar, Associate Director of Supply Chain at Hikma Pharmaceuticals
As a Director of Supply Chain at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, Faris leads and orchestrates a global, dynamic and resilient supply chain network.
With over 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management across various regions, he drives strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, foster innovation and ensure compliance with the highest industry standards.
Anand Raghavendran, Chief Product Officer at KlearNow.AI
Anand leads the product management, engineering, quality and IT infrastructure-related initiatives for KlearNow's AI/ML-powered customs platform.
He previously served as Executive Director with Ernst & Young’s global trade practice and was the President & CEO of GTKonnect, where he oversaw technology strategy delivery for large clients. He has also held various senior management positions with major corporations such as UPS and ISSI.
Anand holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Anna University, India and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University, California.
He is a certified Licensed Customs Broker and holds other certifications, including Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master and Value Stream Consultant and is a Six Sigma black-belt. He also has a CIO certification from Wharton.
Mark Gilham, Vice President, Rebate Advisory at Enable
Mark began his distinguished career at leading financial institutions Barclays Bank and Royal Bank of Canada, where he earned his credentials as a chartered accountant.
His journey then took him to prominent senior finance roles within the construction industry, culminating in a nearly decade-long tenure at Grafton Group PLC. It was here that Mark discovered the strategic significance of rebates, which ultimately led to his expertise being recognised by the Harvard Business Review and his current role at Enable.
As a key player at Enable, a trailblazing technology company reimagining rebate management across various industries, Mark is dedicated to helping businesses harness the power of rebates as a growth catalyst and a means of fostering trust between trading partners.
With a steadfast commitment to providing practical, experience-based advice, Mark generously shares his extensive knowledge and network with those he works with.
In addition to his well-regarded expertise in incentive management best practices, Mark's financial acumen and his experience as a former CFO have equipped him with invaluable skills.
Today, he passionately shares these insights as a best practice evangelist, marrying professionalism with warmth in his pursuit of empowering others in their professional journeys.
Matthew Harris, Global Head of Procurement, Logistics & Services at Maersk
Matthew is the Global Head of Procurement, Logistics & Services at A.P. Møller-Maersk, based in Copenhagen.
In this role, he is responsible for all procurement activities related to Maersk’s operations in Landside Transportation, Contract Logistics and Customs Services.
He leads a team of procurement professionals based in more than 70 countries and is responsible for a spend portfolio of over US$10bn.
Matthew has spent over 25 years in supply chain. His journey began in the automotive sector, where he gained valuable experience working for logistics companies in operational management roles, overseeing transport and warehousing operations, before transitioning into project management, focusing on supply chain efficiency and logistics network optimisation.
After setting up and running his own transportation business, Matthew moved into procurement, initially in capital and engineering procurement in the mining and building materials sector, followed by leading Logistics, Capital and Facilities Management procurement in the retail and pharmaceutical industries.
In addition to his in-house procurement roles, Matthew has worked in consultancy, where he supported clients in procurement transformations, strategic category planning and complex sourcing project delivery in numerous industries and countries worldwide.
