Contentsquare team with Ivalua on P2P digitisation

Contentsquare has selected Ivalua to digitise its procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.

The French company that centres on digital experience analytics will be working with Ivalua and its partner Cyrias to digitise its P2P operations.

Nicolas Fritz, the Chief Operating and People Officer at Contentsquare, said, "By consolidating and digitising our processes with Ivalua's flexible platform, we'll have better visibility into our procurement activities. This will help us manage our expenses more effectively and make more accurate forecasts. With automation and insights into our spending, we can make informed decisions, focus on innovation, and serve our customers better."

Contentsquare uses AI technology to better understand how customers behave, feel, and what they want and aims to help brands improve their business practices and build trust with customers by providing secure, private, and accessible experiences. Over 1,000 brands around the world use Contentsquare to develop the customer experience on more than 1 million websites.
