Webinar: How AI and CLM Are Reshaping Procurement

Agiloft and Procurement Magazine are hosting an exclusive webinar looking at how AI is reshaping CLM, unlocking data, smarter sourcing and mitigating risk.
Rather than rendering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) obsolete, AI-powered tools are emerging as a vital complement to traditional systems.
An exclusive webinar by Agiloft and Procurement Magazine will explore the transition of AI and CLM from perceived competitors to a unified technology stack that strengthens procurement outcomes, mitigates risk and drives operational efficiency.
Attendees will discover how AI enhances CLM by automating complex processes and surfacing critical insights, while CLM delivers the structured environment necessary to translate that data into strategic action. Join us to learn how leading procurement teams are leveraging this integration to optimise sourcing decisions and elevate organisational value.
Smarter Sourcing Starts Here: How AI and CLM Are Reshaping Procurement takes place on June 9, 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM BST. To register your interest, click here.
Driving procurement's digital evolution
CLM has become one of procurement’s fastest-modernising tech stacks, driven by AI that rapidly automates everything from intake and negotiation to compliance monitoring. This shift is highly prioritised across the industry, with the ProcureCon CPO Report revealing that "90% of procurement leaders are actively exploring or deploying AI agents to streamline their operations."
As electronic agreements become the organisational norm, companies are leaning heavily on this technology to gain complete control over their records.
Three main forces are driving this transformation. First, AI unlocks contract data—often the enterprise's largest untapped asset—by instantly extracting clauses, obligations and pricing mechanisms so teams can negotiate faster and standardise outcomes.
Second, conversational interfaces drastically lower the barrier to value, allowing category managers to simply talk to a document for instant answers and collapse weeks of manual analysis into minutes.
Finally, AI agents build resilience directly into the workflow by continuously monitoring renewals and SLAs, triggering preventive actions rather than retrospective fixes.
