He is a former Apple and Microsoft B2B SaaS revenue executive with a track record of scaling revenues for multiple pre-IPO Silicon Valley start-ups. Over 15 years' experience building and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams across the Americas, APAC and Europe, with expertise in both direct sales and channel partnerships to SMB and enterprise clients.

Francois brings substantial experience in scaling organisations to the US$100m ARR milestone across multiple ventures. In his role as Chief Operating Officer at Green Cabbage, he leverages this extensive background to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.

Andrew's expertise centres on helping organisations develop and maintain leverage in supplier relationships. Drawing from his extensive background in sales strategy, he educates clients on how supplier sales teams operate—including common divide-and-conquer tactics and process control techniques designed to maximise vendor revenue. This insider knowledge allows him to guide procurement teams in developing more effective counter-strategies.

As a strategic adviser, Andrew focuses on driving cross-functional alignment across procurement, IT, finance and business units.

As CLO at Green Cabbage, Wesley spearheads legal innovation across the organisation whilst serving as a strategic adviser to the CEO and trusted partner to Fortune 500 CIOs, CPOs and legal teams. His expertise spans AI governance, cloud computing, SaaS agreements and on-premises technology contracts. Through his scalable negotiation frameworks and comprehensive legal playbooks, Wesley has enabled companies to unlock hundreds of millions in cost savings and long-term strategic value.

Wesley built Green Cabbage's legal function from inception, scaling from a single-person operation to a high-performance legal team whilst playing an instrumental role in securing the company's £16m (US$21.4m) Series A funding round. He architected the legal operations infrastructure, developed regulatory-compliant workflows and provided strategic counsel on go-to-market initiatives and product risk strategies, including AI-driven solutions.

He is recognised for aligning legal and commercial objectives, accelerating deal completion and mentoring legal and commercial professionals globally.

Wesley's global perspective has been shaped through ventures across more than 50 countries, political campaign leadership experience and an early career internship as a White House correspondent.
