Modernising procurement

Axon' Cable identified a need to modernise its indirect procurement operations as part of a group-wide initiative.

The company found it necessary to undergo a digital transformation in order to streamline processes and make everything run more efficiently. The aim was to optimise processes, enhance automation and increase operational efficiency.

Using Ivalua's solutions, CYRIAS rolled out the eProcurement strategy in four months. The speed enabled rapid time-to-value realisation, showing the importance and necessity of Ivalua's solutions.

The rollout included full integration of Ivalua's solutions and Axon' Cable's enterprise resource planning (ERP). meaning there was no need for the company to seek a new software system.

Ivalua seamlessly connected to existing supplier databases, eliminating the possibility of supply chain disruption. User experience was also enhanced by the streamlining of catalogue management.

Kevin Bellanger, Project Director at CYRIAS, adds: “The expertise of the CYRIAS teams and our experience in implementation projects enabled us to support Axon’ Cable in its digital transformation in record time.

"We would like to thank the Axon’ teams for their trust, commitment and kindness, which enabled us to carry out this project in the best possible conditions."
