IntegrityNext: Powering Supply Chain Sustainability

After six months within the business, Bruno Teuber has been announced as the new Chief Executive Officer of IntegrityNext.

The role will involve leading the organisation through its next phase of expansion. This effort will focus on implementing its supply chain sustainability solutions on a global scale.

Bruno will also assist IntegrityNext in supporting its customers as they work towards embedding sustainability practices into their corporate operations.

Transitioning the executive leadership

As Bruno steps into this new position, he is replacing Co-Founder Martin Berr-Sorokin.

Martin will transition to the role of Chairman of the IntegrityNext Board of Advisors. Acting as Chairman, Martin will continue to support the long-term strategy of the company, as well as its product vision and global growth.

Martin believes that the timing is appropriate for this change in the executive structure.

"After 10 years of growth and transformation, this is the right time to hand over day-to-day leadership to Bruno. He combines commercial excellence with a global mindset, a customer-first approach and a deep appreciation for the urgency of our mission," Martin says.

"As Chairman of the Board of Advisors, I look forward to supporting Bruno and the leadership team as we accelerate our impact."

Driving commercial growth strategies

Bruno joined IntegrityNext in August 2025, taking on the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Since joining the company, he has helped to strengthen its commercial execution. This effort has been made with a specific focus on supporting enterprises in the complex task of navigating increasing supply chain sustainability requirements.

Before his role as CRO at IntegrityNext, Bruno served as the Global Chief Revenue Officer at commercetools.

Throughout his career, he has gained experience leading teams of more than 450 people through periods of rapid growth, complex sales cycles and international expansion.

He brings to the role more than 30 years of experience in scaling go-to-market organisations across varying scale ups and global software companies.

In his new role, Bruno will help IntegrityNext to expand its international footprint and strengthen strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, the company will further invest in product innovation.

These investments will help customers to build resilient business models that embed sustainability into corporate operating models.

Enhancing supply chain sustainability
