Coupa and Uzabase

Coupa says its newly established system with Uzabase seamlessly automates end-to-end workflows from upstream processes like sourcing estimates and purchase requisitions to downstream actions including ordering, receiving and invoice matching.

It says the integration has significantly automated and streamlined day-to-day operations, adding that Uzabase is also leveraging Coupa’s advanced AI capabilities to unlock further efficiency gains.

The partnership between Coupa and Uzabase initially kicked off in January 2024, followed by a rapid, minimum-viable-product release in June of the same year.

Adopting an agile methodology, Uzabase minimised front-line friction by rolling out features and expanding the scope to domestic subsidiaries in stages.

How they will work together

Uzabase says it is working to elevate interconnected business functions beyond procurement management, integrating Coupa with budget management, profitability management and supplier management.

Uzabase will continue to drive procurement maturity by expanding system capabilities, strengthening its procurement organisation, executing strategic sourcing and leveraging data analytics with Coupa’s platform.

On its website, Uzabase says its data and insights on Asia are trusted by industry leaders such as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, McKinsey, BlackRock and Microsoft.
