OpusCapita, founded in 1985, serves 600 clients with 220 employees across the Nordics, continental Europe and the US. Following the acquisition, OpusCapita will operate as a stand-alone subsidiary, leveraging GEP's global scale, broader product portfolio and deeper R&D resources to accelerate growth.
