Coupa's latest platform update delivers more than 100 AI-driven enhancements focused on elevating automation, intelligence and collaboration in procurement

Regarded by many as the leader in total spend management, Coupa has announced a wave of new releases on its platform to empower procurement, finance and supply chain leaders. 

Coupa is offering 100 new ways to enhance automation and intelligence for users across the entire spend management lifecycle with the Coupa Navi agent portfolio.

Through insights from the platform's spend dataset, which exceeds US$8tn in transactions, Coupa is enabling customers to fuel profitable growth.

New tools include a shift from traditional spend management to a more intelligent, autonomous future powered by AI. They allow procurement, finance and supply chain leaders to take hold of AI within the entire spend management process, enhance collaboration and increase productivity.

Navi Agents strengthen collaboration

New Coupa Navi AI Agents are set to empower procurement and finance teams with real-time insights, decision support and automation – reshaping how spend data, sourcing and supplier interactions drive faster, smarter outcomes.

Four new agents continue to build on the Coupa Navi agent portfolio to support buyers and suppliers.

Updates include:

  • Make faster, data-driven decisions and create custom reports 100% faster, with a more robust Analytics Agent that provides richer visualisations and a more interactive way of exploring procurement data.
  • Compare bids and evaluate supplier responses more easily with the new Bid Evaluation Agent.
  • Simplify the creation of service requests with the new Request Creation Agent, which converts unstructured attachments on a contract into actionable requisitions.
  • Accelerate onboarding and complex sourcing events with the Knowledge Agent, now seamlessly integrated into Coupa Sourcing Optimisation (CSO).

Accelerating supplier value and efficiency

A new suite of features introduces a truly seamless and transparent ecosystem, where buyers and suppliers can collaborate on dynamic shared data objects in real time – streamlining workflow, accelerating lead times and enhancing decision-making across the board.

Updates include:

  • Streamline contact management and Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) accounts with enhanced supplier profile controls and increased community visibility.
  • Reduce manual data entry and duplicative tasks through AI and machine learning integration with Coupa Invoicing, enabling suppliers to submit invoices directly from their source systems to the CSP.
  • Make informed liquidity and working capital decisions using a centralised supplier payments hub featuring comprehensive dashboards and complete cash flow analytics.
