Capgemini has entered an agreement to purchase WNS, which will allow for next-generation, AI-enabled procurement solutions to global enterprises

Capgemini, a global leader in business and technology transformation, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire WNS, a top digital-led business transformation and services company, for $76.50 per share in cash.

The total consideration is approximately US$3.3bn, excluding WNS's net financial debt. This strategic move positions Capgemini as a dominant player in the rapidly evolving Digital Business Process Services (BPS) and Intelligent Operations markets.
