amfori: How Procurement can Embed Sustainable Due Diligence
amfori, the global business association for sustainable trade, will demonstrate how to embed sustainability due diligence into procurement at Procurement & Supply Chain (PSC) Live London on 23-24 September 2025 at the Business Design Centre.
On 23 September, Tristan Edmondson, amfori UK & Ireland Network Representative, will deliver a keynote presentation on The Integration of Supply Chain Due Diligence into Procurement Processes on the Supply Chain Stage.
During this presentation, Tristan will discuss how businesses can effectively embed sustainability and human rights due diligence into procurement processes in light of new regulatory requirements, such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
Tristan will draw on amfori's extensive experience gained from the support it provides for more than 2,400 member companies across the over 50 countries in which it operates.
Navigating compliance risks and practical solutions
In this presentation, Tristan will discuss the risks businesses face from non-compliance, including regulatory fines and reputational damage, practical steps for integrating diligence into new supplier selection and supplier management and how amfori's solutionsāincluding amfori BSCI and BEPI auditsāenable companies to map supply chains, identify high-risk suppliers and deliver credible supplier improvements.
