Ocado’s Toni Radzihovska reveals how AI is transforming online grocery supply chains
At PSC LIVE London 2025, discover how Ocado uses AI and real-time data to connect fulfilment and delivery, enabling smarter, faster supply chains

AI is changing how companies run their supply chains, especially in fast-paced sectors like online grocery where precision and timing matter more than ever.

Toni Radzikhovska, Vice President of Product for Supply Chain Management at Ocado Group, brings more than 20 years’ experience across ecommerce, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail and consulting.

With a career that includes senior roles at Amazon and Anheuser-Busch InBev, she now leads teams focused on using technology to solve complex logistics problems through digital tools.

At Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE London 2025, Toni will take to the Supply Chain Stage to explain how Ocado applies AI to meet the needs of a high-velocity ecommerce model. Her keynote will explore how AI delivers more than operational efficiency.

Toni's session, The Algorithmic Edge: Ocado’s AI-powered Supply Chain, will run on Day 2 (24 September) from 12.15pm to 12.40pm.

Using AI to meet ecommerce challenges head-on

Ocado’s technology arm focuses on solving logistics problems that traditional supply chains struggle with. In online grocery, where freshness, accuracy and delivery windows matter every day, the business needs systems that react fast and scale easily.

The Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) is the company’s core system. It brings together AI, robotics and automation to optimise how online orders are handled. AI supports real-time decision-making across the entire supply chain. From picking routes in warehouses to planning last-mile delivery, the system adapts continuously to match demand.

Everything is connected – forecasting tools, stock levels, routing systems and customer preferences feed into a single engine. As demand spikes or conditions shift, the platform adjusts to keep the system moving.

"At Ocado, we build technology that responds to the demands of a real-time, high-velocity ecommerce environment,” says Toni. “That means creating systems that make decisions faster than any human team ever could."

This responsiveness is essential in grocery delivery, where the difference between success and failure often comes down to a matter of minutes. By building intelligence into every layer of the process, Ocado enables a system that learns, adapts and performs at speed.

Building a logistics strategy built around data

Toni leads Ocado’s approach to product development within the supply chain. Her role connects fulfilment centres, delivery networks and order systems under a single digital strategy.

She works across teams to develop platforms that automate and integrate core logistics functions, reducing friction between different parts of the operation. Her experience across global firms and smaller start-ups gives her insight into how to scale innovation without losing performance.

At Ocado, that means digital tools that fit together – where what happens in the warehouse links directly to what happens at checkout, and where customer data informs every logistical decision.

Her session at Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE is set to highlight how Ocado's demand forecasting system is helping retailers to reduce waste, increase availability, and unlock new efficiencies across the supply chain.

Toni will break down how data from customer behaviour, stock levels, and beyond feeds into a central AI engine for supply chain. This engine drives smarter planning – maximising stock availability and fulfilment accuracy, while minimising waste.
