Delivering a keynote presentation at Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE Singapore, Gautam Pal, Former Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations Lubricants at Shell will be discussing procurement and supply chain transformation. 

Pal is an accomplished leader with extensive hands-on experience in all five supply chain pillars - plan, source, make, deliver, and digital. In his career, Pal has overseen large and complex supply chain operations encompassing planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and network optimisation. 

In his time as Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations Lubricants, Pal reported to the Executive Vice President and led a COE team of 12 direct reports, an extended team of 225, and a global workforce of 5,000. Pal was responsible for supply chain transformation, world-class manufacturing and supply chain, engineering, digital strategy, and capability development.
