With almost 20 years of industry experience, Nina Bomberg has in indirect purchasing across several multinational corporations in trade, fast-moving consumer goods, chemicals, automotive, and access systems. 

Currently, Nina is the Global Director of Indirect Purchasing at dormakaba where she leads a team focused on enhancing the effectiveness of procurement operations. 

At the forefront of her agenda, Nina is dedicated to establishing a more streamlined procurement organisation, navigating the delicate balance between decentralised structures and global synergies.
