Ricardo Moreira

1. Ricardo Moreira 

Job From: AB InBev DEO Africa Zone

Job To: AB InBev Chief Supply Officer

Ricardo Moreira is AB InBev's new Chief Supply Officer, having most recently served as CEO for its Africa Zone, a position he took up in January 2019. Portugul-born Moreira received a degree in mechanical engineering from Rio de Janeiro Federal University in Brazil. He also holds anMBA.

Moreira joined Brazil-based brewing company Ambev in 1995 and held various positions in sales and finance prior to becoming Regional Sales Director in 2001. He subsequently held positions as VP  Logistics and Procurement for Latin America North, Business Unit President for Hispanic Latin America and VP Soft Drinks Latin America North. 

In 2013, he moved to Mexico to head AB InBev's Sales, Marketing and Distribution organisations and lead the commercial integration of Grupo Modelo. Prior to this role, Moreira held the role of Zone President Latin America COPEC.

Dan Bartel

Job To: American Airlines Chief Procurement Officer

Bartel is the new Chief Procurement Officer at American Airlines after nearly two years in a similar role at Schneider Electric, where he led a team of 1,500 professionals and a $17 billion spend. He brings nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in procurement, logistics and supply chain management to the airline. Bartel will lead its procurement processes and teams and will “focus on creating value for American Airlines through a more efficient and effective business”.

Job To: Golden State Foods, Corporate Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer

McRoberts has been promoted at one of the largest diversified suppliers to the food-service and retail industries. She will continue to collaborate with key stakeholders to broaden the strategic sourcing team's impact on centralising the company's overall procurement of packaging, food ingredients, and indirect spend categories.

Global AV provider Kinley has unveiled Jean-Paul Lemmens as new VP of Procurement, Product & Strategic Partner Management for global operations. He joined the business at the start of 2019 as Global Procurement Director and has played a key at the company.
