Quentin Remy, MCI Group

Quentin Remy, Head of Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at MCI Group, is a data-oriented leader with ten years of experience in hospitality and travel.

He manages MCI’s global value-chain strategy, long-term supplier relationships, and global procurement and marketing strategies.

Remy supports hotel procurement and sourcing hubs worldwide.

Eric Dubern, GE Healthcare

Eric, Sourcing Senior Director at GE Healthcare, brings over 20 years of expertise in supply chain management, business transformation, and category management.

Known for operational and financial excellence, Eric has led GE’s centralised sourcing teams and negotiated significant agreements.

He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Grenoble INP and the National University of Singapore.

Amanda Winterflood, Hotel Chocolat

Amanda, Head of Great Procurement Experience & Indirects at Hotel Chocolat, joined in 2022 to build the Indirect Procurement function.

With experience at Mars and Kearney, Amanda has worked globally and holds degrees from Michigan State University and London Business School.

She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Matthew Buckingham, Focal Point

Matthew, VP of Business Development & Alliances at Focal Point Procurement Solutions, has over 25 years in technology and procurement.

With experience as both a buyer and seller of technology, Matthew has advised at SAP, Coupa, and Arkestro.
