For the last 15 years, Mathews has been integral to the successful procurement operations at IT consulting organisation - Infosys. A seasoned procurement executive, Mathews, in his new role as CPO, will be leading the strategic direction for Accenture’s global procurement spend, driving a sustainable and diverse value chain, and 360o supplier partnerships.

Job To: Head of Procurement Transformation, AXA

Previously working for the likes of General Motors, QST Industries, Gates Operations, and GE Capital, Gonzalez has been the CPO of AXA Mexico for the last four years. Being a multilingual strategic purchasing executive with more than 22 years of international experience leading global organisation, Gonzalez has taken on the role of Head of Procurement Transformation for the AXA Group.

Job From: Director Corporate Purchasing / Head of Global Processes, Operations and Digitalisation, Henkel

Job To: Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), Swisslog

A high-energy digital process executive, Erhardt has diverse and international management experience in procurement and supply chain. She has a collaborative mindset, with a passion for leading teams to implement business focused processes and solutions to drive change.  With a track record in leading the entire purchasing value chain, Erhardt has taken on the role of CPO at Swisslog. 

Nicole VanDusen

Job From: Head of Procurement Americas Region, HSBC

Job To: Director of Operations (Procurement) at 3M

Dedicated to process improvements in procurement, VanDusen has a track record of turning around procurement functions while leading large international teams. Previously she has worked for the likes of FMC, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Greatbatch Medical, and HSBC before taking on the role of Director of Operations (Procurement) at 3M.

Job From: Senior Area Procurement Manager (Indonisia), Marriott International Indonesia

Job To: Director of Procurement (Indonesia), Accor

A certified procurement professional and associate member of CIPS, Octaviani is skilled in negotiations, vendor management, contract management and procurement compliance, Previously working for the likes of PermataBank, The Ascott Limited, and Marriotts International Indonesia, Octaviani has taken on the new role of Director of Procurement (Indonesia) at Accor.
