JAGGAER has appointed Mark Roberts as its UK Public Sector Director. Mark has extensive public and private sector procurement experience and will help JAGGAER continue its long-term commitment to serving the UK public sector. He brings expertise in leveraging technology, delivering value and navigating challenges like constrained budgets and the Procurement Act 2023, set to be introduced in February 2025.
Mark also has significant private sector procurement leadership experience, including roles at, Vodafone and Anheuser-Busch InBev., including executing over 30,000 eAuctions per year. Leadership, design and implementation of new operating models in private and public sector organisations have led to Mark becoming a highly-collaborative leader, ideally placed to help lead in times of transformation or the public sector.
Announcing the appointment, Simon Thompson, VP Northern Europe at Jaggaer, commented: “In the UK, JAGGAER has a long history of serving the public sector and we’re thrilled to now have Mark on board as his experience will help us continue to tailor our support and investment in the sector to help it achieve greater efficiencies and efficacy.”
