Corcentric name Matt Clark as new CEO
The president and CEO, Clark is being asked to lead the long-term strategic plan for Corcentric and continue to grow their market position, as well as overseeing their daily operation across all functions in the business.
Matt Clark has been at the company for nearly two decades and has also held senior roles in the operations and sales departments, as well as more recent posts as president and COO.
“As president and COO, Matt has been instrumental in the rapid growth of Corcentric in recent years, ushering in increased revenue, new customers, and executive team leadership, while integrating acquisitions that have solidified our market-leading technology and services,” said Executive Chairman Doug Clark. “His deep understanding of the industry along with Corcentric’s operations and people make this promotion a natural next step that will continue to propel the company to great success.”
Doug Clark will continue as executive chairman of the board, as part of the management changes and will focus on strategic initiatives and operate as the liaison between that body and the management team.

Who is Matt Clark?
Clark earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and has since been an advisor and guest lecturer for the school’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme.
He also currently sits on the board of directors for several technology companies and serves on the Caron DC Advisory Board
