JAGGAER, a global leader in Source-to-Pay and supplier collaboration solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Roszko as its new Chief Executive Officer. This leadership transition arrives at a critical juncture for global supply chains, which are becoming increasingly intricate and in need of more intelligent, resilient and agile solutions.

Andrew Roszko brings with him more than 25 years of executive leadership across the supply chain, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and enterprise technology sectors. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Descartes Systems Group. There, he played a central role in transforming the business from a $40m operation into a global supply chain leader generating over $700m in revenue.

Well-regarded for his ability to foster strategic growth, drive customer-first innovation and create high-performance organisational cultures, Andrew’s leadership style is rooted in clarity, collaboration and execution. These qualities position him ideally to lead JAGGAER into its next chapter of innovation and expansion. His vision and depth of experience will build upon JAGGAER’s strong foundation, guiding the company through a continued focus on AI-led technological innovation to deliver better outcomes for customers while enabling growth for employees and the wider organisation.
