How Sage & Global Payments' B2B Solution Streamlines Buying
Global Payments and Sage have collaborated to launch a vendor payments solution specifically geared towards the needs of small and mid-sized businesses that rely on Sage Intacct for accounts payable processing. The innovation aims to streamline procurement operations by embedding the solution directly within Sage Intacct.
The integration, known as Vendor Payments powered by MineralTree, combines the technology of Global Payments’ MineralTree division with Sage’s accounting platform, allowing users to manage payment processing without needing to navigate separate systems or open new bank accounts.
Now, finance teams utilising Sage Intacct can effortlessly perform ACH transfers, virtual card payments and check payments to suppliers using their existing banking framework, while staying within the familiar environment of Sage's interface. This configuration features direct debit funding to speed up settlements and simplify reconciliation procedures.
Integration reduces procurement workflow disruption
This integrated solution addresses the common issue of fragmented workflows within procurement departments.
